Customer Tracking

Knowing your customers is very important. This starts by providing your employees and easy way to capture information about your clients (name, number, multiple addresses, birthday, favorite brand, etc). Next, you need a system that allows for a quick lookup of the customer’s account each time they come in, whether that is by scanning a customer ID card, or by searching for their name, company name, telephone number, etc. By putting your customers into your system and identifying them on each purchase, you give your sales team more information to better serve them and your provide your marketing team with detailed sales data to know which clients are buying specific categories of products so that they can be targeted for future advertisements related to their needs. We provide many options for capturing and reporting on your customers.

Loyalty/Recognition Programs

It is a proven fact that you will spend more to market to and capture new customers than it does to keep the customers you already have. Our solution allows you to reward loyal customers with points that can be redeemed for future purchases or special incentives. Customers can earn points for all items they purchase or just for certain items. The number of points can vary based on the item number, category, vendor, etc. as well as the sales information (date, store, day of the week, time of day, etc.). Also, loyalty programs are a great way to target redemption events during your slower months to encourage a more consistent cash flow.

Gift Cards tracking

Level the playing field with the national chains: Our clients find gift cards to be a huge holiday success and help bring in additional sales after the holidays. We can help you create professional looking cards for all your major occasions. Store credits and gift cards can be issued, partially redeemed, reissued, and voided. Rechargeable gift cards and shopping cards with magnetic stripes are supported. We also support stored-value cards for situations requiring shared issuance and redemption capabilities.

Marketing Support

Targeted mailings can be created based on historical sales criteria, such as all customers in the “Gold Member” loyalty program who bought more than $100 worth of merchandise at Store 1 from categories D or F, between June 1st and July 15th last year, printed in zip code order. Additionally, we offer powerful database tools for working with 3rd party catalog mailing and marketing providers.

In-house Credit Cards/Accounts

Our solution allows you the flexibility to offer customers an internally managed credit account. You can manage customer terms and even offer prompt payment discounts ("net 30" or "2% 10, net 30"). Credit limits can be established to ensure that customers do not exceed management's guidelines for open credit. For a charge sale, the customer's credit limit is checked, and only authorized users may override the credit limit. Statements can be created and may be limited to customers within particular statement groups and/or to customers with particular minimum balances and past due statuses.
